This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped with a late checkout, which I really appreciated. I’m definitely coming back for Christmas!

Beware of this messy stay
Checked in for a couple nights 'cause it was cheap and close to the hospital. The floor was so dirty, my feet turned black! The staff was super unhelpful about it, and the whole vibe felt off. Also, breakfast was a bummer, just dry cereal and a non-working pancake machine.

The room was cozy, and Tim's kind assistance made our stay memorable. The bottom floor was convenient for my mother and cousin, making it easier for them to navigate without stairs.
Better cleaning and updated facilities are needed.

The location was prime, just a stone's throw from Chi's Too for some killer eats and fresh inspirations at St Vincent Infirmary. The beds were comfy, perfect for resting up after a day of culinary adventures.
Well, we had to switch rooms multiple times, and things felt a bit sticky. Ran into some unwelcome roaches, too.

I arrived late and was surprised by the condition of the rooms. The front desk staff did their best to help, but it was tough as the rooms had strong odors and cleanliness issues. I felt bad because my friend was with her child who needed surgery early the next day.

Our family enjoyed spending time at the nearby War Memorial Park, which was perfect for picnics. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating during our stay, making us feel welcomed. Plus, we loved the close proximity to the attractions for kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the room cleanliness could be greatly improved for families. There was a lack of thorough housekeeping that left us feeling uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, though the accommodations were disappointing. The room had a lingering smell, and the door lock caused constant frustration. Unfortunately, some amenities like the pool could have been cleaner, which detracted from the overall experience.

The bread at breakfast was fresh, but that was the highlight of the stay. The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being labeled non-smoking, which was quite unpleasant. Upon checkout, I noticed police officers attending to a customer complaint, highlighting the troubling environment. Service was also lacking, with no staff present during breakfast, making for a disappointing overall experience.
